Staff very friendly and helpful, Lovely spa facilities, well located for amenities. There was some difficulty initially with room description of booking site (we paid for a balcony room, but room had no balcony). This was resolved by giving us the only free room in the hotel, without balcony, but charging reduced rate. A shame, but the only option available.

Went here for the work training. Location is amazing and staff is really nice and friendly. Conference room was good however meals were taking way too long even when advance notice what meals everyone wants. Really loved the facilities though. Outside hot tub was awesome
